The next thing you might want to do is to add a background sound. NOTE: IT MUST BE A MIDI OR YOU CAN GET PROBLEMS WITH YOUR STARTUP TIME. You can always add sounds in you HTML editor or something else you use. I am not gonna explain this all, because these are the basics of making a website. So you need to have some knowledge. But it's okay if you don't add a midi to it ^_^.
Now you have the basics of your Desktop Website. You can always add other stuff if you want. Now make a txt file with your name + e-mail adress in it, or if you don't want to publish it just add a normal text file with contact items not specified or some other stuff (Download my first DS to see an example txt file)
You now have at least 3 files in your Desktop Website:
- background.jpg
- wallpaper.htm
- readme.txt
- backgroundsound.mid (optional)
- other files like a clock or something.
